IN MEMORY, Maryellen Jansen–May 2020
Dear Friends of Riehl Solutions,
In May 2020, we lost a leg of our stool, probably the one who grounded us the most. At the age of 51, Maryellen was called home to travel the heavens the way she loved to travel the world. Maryellen had worked with Traci at Riehl Solutions for nearly 12 years and worked literally side by side with Debbie since she joined us almost eight years ago.
Maryellen was diagnosed with soft tissue cancer (sarcoma) in March of 2020. While planning to start a clinical trial with Mayo clinic, the cancer advanced rapidly. She became too ill to begin treatment and was placed in the care of Hospice in home care.
Maryellen was loved by all equally as much as she was respected in her professional life. On May 14 at home with her loving family, a wonderful husband, Craig, and three amazing daughters, Grace, Claire and Zoe, she passed peacefully. Maryellen had an amazingly strong faith and that’s how we know exactly where we can find her.
We are deeply saddened by the passing of our dear friend and trying to make sense of this sudden loss. We truly appreciate the donations made to Cran Hill Ranch in her memory, a beautiful way to honor Maryellen’s unwavering faith. It is truly an important place for her family. Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers.
We miss her so much.
~Traci and Debbie
